Who this covers
(1) Shops that sign up ("customers"), (2) people who call a customer's receptionist line or our demo line ("callers"), and (3) visitors to this website.
What we collect
- Callers: phone number (caller ID), the call recording, a transcript, an English translation if the call was in Spanish, and details the caller gives (name, callback number, vehicle, problem). Demo-line callers may also give an email address to receive their transcript.
- Customers: business name and contact details, shop information from the intake form, billing details (handled by Stripe; we don't store card numbers), and usage (call counts and minutes).
- Website: basic server logs from our host (Cloudflare). No advertising trackers. [BEN: confirm before adding analytics]
How we use it
To answer calls, deliver messages to the shop the caller called, bill customers for usage, keep the service secure, and fix problems. Demo-line emails go only to the address the caller confirmed on the call. We don't sell personal information or use call content for advertising.
Who receives it
The shop the caller called; our service providers (Retell AI for voice and telephony, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, and our email delivery provider), only to run the service; and authorities if required by law.
How long we keep it
Recording links expire after 7 days. Call recordings, transcripts and logs are deleted from our voice platform after 180 days (demo line: 90 days). Emails already delivered to a shop are kept by that shop. Billing records are kept as tax law requires.
Your choices
Callers can ask the shop they called, or us at [email protected], to delete their call data. Demo callers and anyone we emailed can opt out of further email by replying "no thanks" or using the unsubscribe link.
Recording notice
Every call starts by saying it is answered by an AI assistant and that the call is recorded, in English and Spanish. Continuing the call after the notice is treated as consent. [ATTORNEY: confirm for all-party-consent states]
