English + Español

A Spanish and bilingual answering service for auto repair shops

Hablamos español. Spanish-speaking callers get the whole call in Spanish, and you get the message in English with a full English translation.

Serve Spanish-speaking customers without a bilingual front desk

If some of your customers are more comfortable in Spanish, a voicemail greeting in English doesn't help them, and neither does a receptionist who can't follow what's wrong with the car. No Missed Repairs answers in English or Spanish on every call, so the caller can explain the problem in the language they're comfortable with.

How the bilingual call works

The greeting covers both languages up front: "Thanks for calling your shop, this is the shop's AI assistant, and this call is recorded. Si prefiere español, hábleme en español; soy la asistente virtual y esta llamada se graba." If the caller answers in Spanish, the rest of the call stays in Spanish. It takes the same details it would in English: name, callback number, vehicle, the problem, and whether the car is drivable.

Your email still comes in English

You don't have to read Spanish to call the customer back prepared. The email marks the call as Spanish, gives you the problem and the summary in English, and includes a full English translation of the call alongside the original Spanish transcript. That way whoever on your team calls back knows the vehicle and the problem before they dial, and can bring in a Spanish speaker on your side if you have one.

Same rules in both languages

Spanish is included, not an add-on

English and Spanish are both part of the one plan. There's no separate Spanish line or extra charge for Spanish calls. Minutes count the same either way.

Pricing

Due at sign-up: $199 setup plus the first month, $298 total. Each call is rounded up to the next whole minute. See the price comparison on the homepage.

What it does, and what it doesn't

Does: answers when you can't, in English or Spanish; takes the caller's name, callback number, vehicle, problem, and whether the car is drivable; answers basic questions about your shop from the info you give us; flags urgent calls; and emails you everything.

Doesn't: book appointments, quote prices, or diagnose cars. It doesn't connect to shop management software yet. It takes the message so your team can call back. If you need an AI that books straight into your calendar, other services do that, and they may fit you better.

Try it in Spanish

Call the demo line at (626) 657-5274 and speak Spanish from the start. It's set up as a pretend shop, so talk to it like a customer would. Give it your email when it asks and you'll see exactly what a shop receives, translation included.

Built by a shop owner

No Missed Repairs is run by Ben Parker, owner of Cooper & Bimmer Experts, a BMW and MINI shop in Irwindale, California. He built it for his own after-hours line first and now sets it up for shops outside his area.

Most shops also use it for after-hours answering service. For the full overview, see our ai receptionist for auto repair shops page.

Hear it for yourself
